Do you ship with a delivery/signature confirmation? All orders valued at $100 USD or more will require a signature for delivery.
When will my order arrive? You will receive various shipping options (from economical to speedy) and cooresponding delivery timelines at checkout from which to choose from.
Do you offer a faster delivery service? Yes, all orders (United States and International) may be shipped expedited via US Postal Express. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST time and requesting this expedited delivery will ship by the next business day. No Saturday or Sunday delivery.
What if my package is not delivered due to incorrect address? Please make sure billing and shipping information is accurate before checking out.Orders that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will only be resent at the customer's expense.
