What method of shipping do you use? All United States orders placed through our website are shipped via US Postal Serive or UPS from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 48 BUSINESS (Monday thru Friday - Non Holiday) hours. When we ship your order your email address will receive a notification to track your package. All International orders placed through our website are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 48 business hours. In most cases, when we ship your order your email address will receive an US Postal notification to track your package.

Do you ship with a delivery/signature confirmation? All orders valued at $100 USD or more will require a signature for delivery.
Do you offer a faster delivery service? Yes, any orders within the United States (International orders excluded) may be shipped expedited via US Postal Express or UPS Next Day Air Saver. Please note that US Postal Express and UPS expedited service may take up to 2 business days to arrive. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST time and requesting this expedited delivery will ship by the next business day. No Saturday or Sunday delivery.
When will my order arrive? Normally you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days within the United States and 14-21 business days for international. What if my package is not delivered due to incorrect address? Please make sure billing and shipping information is accurate before checking out.Orders that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will only be resent at the customer's expense.
