What if I sign up for your newsletter and later want to be taken off the list?
You can remove yourself from the list by clicking to UNSUBSCRIBE in the newsletter section of our website. Type in the EXACT e-mail address you entered to initially subscribe.
I am having a problem completing my order/payment?
If your order is declining, please make sure you entered the credit card billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you are still having problems, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to assist you.
How and where can I return items for exchange/refund?
To return or exchange an item (s) simply send them to the following address: 6364 Bothwell Road Tarzana, CA 91335. Please include your receipt and insturctions for either a credit or exchange.. If your requesting an exchange, please make sure you specify the color, size, style you are requesting. Exchanges will be honored for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item(s) you are requesting is lower in price than the returned item(s), the difference will be credited back to your credit card. All Returns and exchanges are subject to our exchange/return policy.
Does your clothing run small or large?
Our clothing is a contoured fit. If you like a looser fit, we suggest you order one size larger.

Can my order be changed after it is submitted?
Contact us through e-mail at email@example.com and write “Change Order” in the subject line. We will make effort to adjust your order, as long as it has not already shipped.
